Storyline:  Set in the 1980s, the movie focuses on the life of amateur wrestler Saul Armendariz living in El Paso, Texas, who crosses the border into Mexico to participate in wrestling matches. Encouraged by his new trainer, Sabrina, he begins to compete as an 'exotic' creating the character of Cassandro, which brings immediate effects in the sexist world of wrestling but also in his life. This is both an entertaining and emotional film, featuring a fabulous performance by Gael García Bernal.
