Storyline: Several years ago, a man surfaced, asserting that he spoke Chaná, a language thought to be long extinct. In a surprisingly brief period, dictionaries were published, and the language was fully revived. Interestingly, he placed the Chaná people in the same area of Entre Ríos province, where the descendants of Volga Germans are now inevitably losing their own dialect.
