Potsdamer Platz (2022)

Traversing time and space, a young child named Etta retraces the footsteps of two characters from a key moment in Wim Wenders's Wings of Desire (Himmel über Berlin). Taking place both in the present day and the future, Potsdamer Platz is a short film that layers contemporary concerns about our global financial system in crisis over the history of a space in central Berlin that has seen massive historical turmoil and societal upheaval. The young child is an elusive yet powerful central force in the bringing about of new possibilities for a changed society.
