In the first story a dead squirrel is seen, torn up and bloody.
During an earthquake, a woman is crushed by a giant piece of concrete. The point of impact is not graphic but we see her later with half her head crushed in. We also see other graphic victims of the earthquake.
A man stabs himself in the stomach with a crowbar and pulls out his own intestines.
A man stabs another man in the neck with a crowbar and yanks if out with a spirt of blood following.
A man resembling an Aztec God forces another man to rip out his own heart, the aztech man man then takes the other man's heart and tries to eat it.
A woman slowly and repeatedly stabs a man with a crowbar. We don't see the wound but we see the bloody crowbar.
A woman has her throat slit and her eyes cut out.
We see a very bloody dismembered body.
A man is suddenly shot in the head inside a car, brains shown on window behind him and on his shoulder.
A man is shot in the head from behind, we see it from the front while he is closeup on camera.
While the last scene does not have anything too graphic, there is a lot of blood gushing onto the screen (without actually seeing wounds happening).
The final segment "DREAMKILL" is the goriest segment in the film.
