Kinds of Kindness (2024)

Three distinct stories intertwine. The first tale follows a man struggling to seize control of his life from the forces that dictate it. In the second, a policeman becomes unsettled as his wife, previously presumed drowned, returns with an unsettling change in her persona. The third narrative tracks a woman on a determined search for an individual with unique spiritual potential. An anthology film by Lanthimos, once again in partnership with Emma Stone, which awarded her an Oscar the first time around, it promises to be as weirdly funny and engaging as its masterful works so far.
