Twenty Seven (2022)

TREY used to attend a youth club when he was in his teens, he still does to this day, only now he works there as a mentor. Not much changes in his life but he's used to this fact by now and actually finds comfort in how cyclical his day-to-day life is. For Trey, all that matters is changing the lives of his mentees for the better and nothing can distract him from that goal. Or so he thought. When AIDAN, a childhood best friend turned celebrity he hasn't seen in ten years suddenly shows up out the blue with an invite to his 27th birthday party, Trey finds it impossible to turn down the invitation. Aidan's 27th celebration is a glamorous masquerade party where all actions are conducted with complete anonymity. At the party Trey is way out of his comfort zone at first but slowly begins to loosen up. As the party rages from the evening into the night, the world around him starts to get a whole lot darker and it's in this darkness that Trey makes a shocking discovery. This is no birthday party, in fact, it's quite the opposite.
