Very bloody, mostly sword-based violence. Frequent combat where most stabs, slashes and shots result in sprays of blood, and occasionally dismemberment (though that becomes more frequent nearer the end).

Severed heads are held and/or displayed as warnings. While only a few times overall, there's almost always a lot of them at once.
