Surprisingly infrequent. A child kills two others with a sword - blood seen but no injuries. A zombie-type character eats a severed leg. There are fist fights; a character is shot; one kills three others - one apparently by crushing their head, one by snapping their neck; a character steps in a bear trap but it has no sharp points; a character is burned with a branding iron - no injury seen.
