Storyline:  Manolo Vital, a resident of the Torre Baró neighborhood, is fed up with the Barcelona City Council telling him that public transport cannot reach the area where he lives, so he sets out to prove otherwise, and defies the authorities behind the wheel of a bus on line 47. The film talks about this neighborhood's struggle for the common good and is based on a true story, which tells what happens in many communities on the outskirts of Barcelona.
