Storyline:  After serving time in prison, Billy Skinner returns to his neighborhood, St. John's, and finds things have changed. Amid a community devastated by drugs and violence, he is determined to rebuild his life and stay sober. He reconnects with his son and befriends a family of Syrian refugees who have moved into the neighborhood. However, the situation becomes complicated when consumption and violence begin to test Billy's limits.
