Storyline:  In 1983, the Pacific Northwest is rocked by a wave of violent bank robberies, counterfeiting and armored car assaults. As authorities try to decipher the source of these crimes, an FBI agent stationed in the peaceful town of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, begins to suspect that the perpetrators are no ordinary criminals. Rather, they appear to be a group of domestic terrorists, led by a charismatic radical, who plan to wage war against the U.S. government.
