Storyline:  A young Georgian woman, Medea, visits an apartment for sale in St. Petersburg’s historic center after selling her house in Georgia. The property is priced unusually low but includes its current resident, an elderly man named Vadim Vadimich. Medea accepts these conditions without hesitation and is prepared to move in immediately. However, she must first complete a one-month trial period.
