One guy talks about getting laid by one of the gals to his friends. One couple making out on the couch with the young woman in her bra.; which means sex is not that far behind. And the other couple making out on the second floor and walked into the bedroom; which means that their sex is not far behind.

At beginning of the movie, a elderly lady got her throat cut and was stabbed to death many times. One kid got hit in the head but not dead. Another guy was stabbed in the head and lots of blood. One couple in attic, the young woman was stabbed (off screen) and the guy also killed and then stabbed to death.

One of the junk removal crew got iron rod (like a curtain rod) in his throat. Pretty gross.

Another guy from junk removal crew smashed to death by brick.

Young woman got stabbed to death in the bath tub and the guy that the young woman was having sex with, was stabbed ti death in his side by the same creepy psycho old woman.

Several more people died in a gross way.

Lot of F words throughout the movie, including 3 or more Mother Fwords, 3, aholes, 1 prick, 1, dick, 1 d*k head, shit...

Three guys drinking beer at a grimy tavern. Then you see a 7 (?)guys at a local bar drinking beer and also a shots.

A couple of jump scares. Body Count: Junk removal team dead (8), one young adult, two twins, two young women from the bar. Total: 13.

There are a couple of jump scares. Along with blood and guts scenes which to me is very intense but it's CGI. Body Count: 14 people died in this movie.
