Storyline:  Elbow is the film adaptation of Fatma Aydemir's novel of the same name. It tells the story of Hazal, a young Berliner who wants to get a job, become independent and start her own life. But on her 18th birthday, on her way home from a frustrating night out with her friends, a tragic accident changes everything. Hazal flees to Istanbul, where she must forge a new identity in a place with a completely unfamiliar culture and language.
