Sex & Nudity
Moderate
So far there has been some references to rape and pedophilia
One episode has a character "shake the dandruff off his pubic hair" to simulate snow.
Violence & Gore
Moderate
There has been some pretty graphic violence.
Pokémon are torn to shreds usually very bloody.
Most of the time the violence can be seen as comical and over the top, but there are some instances where its made to be taken seriously.
Profanity
Severe
Lots of uses of fuck, motherfucker, bitch, one use of masturbate, one use of fuckwad, uses of shit and crap, and some uses of ass.
Frequent swearing is common in every episode (excluding wild Oranberries)
Hell is also used.
The F word and S word are said throughout the show uncensored. Usually harshly to other characters.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
Mild
Rare Candy is a drug in episode 5.
In Episode 3 one of the characters is a pothead and is seen smoking Marijuana.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
Severe
This show went from comedic (in the same style as South Park) to dark and psychological thriller.
The episodes can get really intense due to some graphic violence and mature subject matter.
Many episodes are psychological thrillers that some viewers might find distressing.
At times the show can get very emotional, lots of characters have breakdowns.
