The Truth Was Supposed to Be Out Here (2013)

Mully and Sculder, if those are indeed their real names, are widely regarded as little more than "The B-Team" who have been assigned to secretly investigate local cases; cases similar to those of their predecessors (who, for various and copyright reasons, should probably not be named). These bizarre reports, out-of-the-ordinary political 'tampering', and the constant (and perhaps foolhardy) hope of finding those elusive 'unexplained phenomena' may not lead to the truth at all. It just might lead to a very farcical end for the human race.
