Storyline:  Introverted pianist Kaoru Nishimi, used to moving and feeling alone, starts high school in Kyushu resigned to another lonely year. Everything changes when he meets delinquent Sentarou, whose passion for jazz inspires Kaoru to explore new music, make friends, and discover the joy of playing piano in after-school jazz sessions.
