The Best Friend (2010)

You know that girl who has read every self-help book but is still a complete and utter mess? Well that is Millie (aka THE BEST FRIEND) and she just realized that she has been living in the shadow of her seemingly perfect best friend Sooze for her entire life. The pilot episode introduces Millie and all of her neuroses. While her best friend Sooze is MIA because of a "new love", Millie makes what she feels is a life altering discovery about their relationship. Despite her Mother's protests, Millie heads back to her therapist, hoping for a quick fix. Instead, her "fresh -out- of- therapy school" neighbor hands out advice that even Millie's over-protective Mother would approve of.
