A police officer is shown being bitten by a woman who appears to have gone insane, bloodless. A few seconds later the same police officer runs into a diner asking for napkins with his hand being covered in blood where he was bitten.

The atmosphere and suspense in this mini-series are both extremely frightening. The intriguing story is very disturbing in itself. Every element in 'Bright Falls' contributes to the horror it contains.
