Many scenes feature partial breast nudity with nipples obstructed by hair or arms. There are three scenes in which breasts and nipples are clearly visible (1-3 seconds each).

A woman asks a man if they should "do more than just kiss"

A woman is implied to be masturbating to a table, sillhoueete can be seen and panting can be heard. She does this while thinking about a princess.

Kallen is in the shower while talking with Lelouch, who is standing outside the curtain. Her bare butt is visible in a few shots and, in an extremely brief shot, her nipples are visible.

Viletta is naked under a bed sheet. She sits up and the sheet falls down, revealing her breasts and nipples for about 3 seconds before she covers up.

In the first ending theme there is a brief pan-down shot of C.C. naked, covered slightly in blood. One of her breasts is shown with the nipple very briefly, as the image transitions to the next when it pans down to that revealing part. This image is shown again in clearer detail during a flashback scene in the final episode of season 1.

A flashback shot where a woman's dead body is seen lying on top of her daughter is displayed occasionally throughout the series. The mother is covered in blood and bullet wounds in her body are clearly visible, although they are blacked out.

The violence in the show is not overly graphic and there is no dismemberment or gore. However, it can be very bloody, and the overall body count is extremely high, with several of the deaths involving citizens.

Set during an ongoing war, the show has both fantasy and real-world violence (mecha battles, guns, chemical warfare). Lelouch uses special powers to control other people, often making them commit deadly violence toward themselves or others. Combat is intense and graphic. Children and innocent citizens are killed off-screen; you can hear crying, followed by gunshots and silence.

The main character(Lelouch vi Britannia) orders a group of soldiers to die by using his Geass, and they all commit suicide by shooting themselves in the head.

A young man (using Geass) tells several men to kill themselves, and they all shoot themselves in the head.

There are many scenes in which people are gunned down by large mechanic robots, with some blood seen. There are also many mecha fights and the people operating them are sometimes killed (albeit bloodlessly).

Shit and bastard are used alongside lesser profanity like bitch and ass.

Alcohol, tobacco, and hallucinogenic "drugs" use.

One of the villains in the series is emotionally and mentally unhinged: He attempts to manipulate a teenage girl into killing herself and another boy, he kidnaps a young girl and threatens to kill her, and he harbors a creepy obsession towards a young woman (at one point offering to make her "compact" in a suitcase with a chainsaw). His overall character can come off as unsettling to some.
