No sex and nudity. Just mild romance between characters.

Some episodes just have a few very mild, but often very comical scenes involving characters arguing/fighting with each other, getting in various troubles, getting hit with objects, etc. Often made for a laugh.

Sometimes, characters would end up in situations where they need to get saved, or eventually have to save themselves. One example including Hamtaro and Boss falling into water, and saving themselves from falling down a waterfall.

Some episodes have characters being put into peril or other dramatic situations, like someone about to fall from a high cliff, or getting lost from owners (ex. Hamtaro getting lost from Laura/Hiroko).

Several episodes may have mildly dramatic or sad scenes.
