Arrested Development (2003)

For me, that is Arrested Development. The show that most successfully does the dysfunctional family trope, where every character has a different thing that makes them a ‘bad person.’ A show that won Best Comedy in its first season and saw a drop in viewers and episodes in the two seasons that followed. A show that feels ahead of its time with its running gags that stretch across a whole season and cutaway gags that never fail to make me laugh. I look at it now and wonder how many more good seasons could have been created if Fox wasn't always juggling its air dates and times and if the DVD sales kicked in a little sooner to show how much love this show had. What show or movie do you guys feel deserved more love when it was first released, and what do you think would have happened to it if that was the case?
