As a military drama, the show delivers across the board—from varied mission types and well-balanced pacing to slick editing, strong production design, and compelling music choices. It’s the rare series that keeps me glued to each episode. While the production is clearly top-tier, the lead performance feels surprisingly lackluster in comparison.

Each episode stands on its own while gradually revealing a larger narrative. The action scenes are thrilling, but the show also takes time to flesh out the everyday lives of SEAL Team members. Tactical sequences are impressively choreographed, making the combat feel both realistic and satisfying. It’s no surprise I dove straight into season two.

An absolute masterpiece! I regard it as the best depiction of special forces after "Black Hawk Down", unmatched with its rapid combat sequencesand diverse missions and rivaling the thrill of modern warfare. It's also interspersed with plotlines such as Spenser's promotion to team leader, team dynamics, coping with the death of a teammate in training, and the dilemmas between choosing family or duty. It authentically portrays the life of Navy SEALs beyond combat, earning a resounding ten stars from me.Read more...

The theme is is pretty cool, with detailed combat scenes and well-established characters, enhanced by the drama and humanitarian concern. While the standalone episodes at the beginning are compelling, the longer story arcs toward the end conclude abruptly, with insufficient development of antagonists.

The structure mirrors that of "Crisis Point," with each season encompassing a major narrative arc and individual episodes telling unqiue stories. This slows down the main storyline's progression. After watching seven or eight episodes, the repetitive nature of the plots diminishes the sense of suspense, with only the last few episodes offering some sense of continuity and coherence. The criticism stands: there's too much dialogue and it's not suspenseful enough.

"SEAL Team" showcases remarkable accuracy in tactics and equipment utilisation, proof of having thorough professional guidance from experts and rigorous trainings for the actors.
