Some episodes contain challenges that have a sexual theme such as Dirty Dancing challenge and Snog, marry, pie. There are also some challenges that require contestants to do things such as suck another contestants finger/toes etc.

Profanity is used infrequently, although this depends as it's an unscripted post-watershed reality show. Fuck is said a few times. There's a lot more profanity in later seasons.

The first three seasons shows islanders smoking cigarettes and vaping, a ban was later placed from season four onwards.
