A man has his throat slit by his father in vicious act, there are lots of blood keep gushing out, the man then falls into a ditch. This scene is shocking and terrifying.
A homeless woman needs a pair of scissors to cut their gloved hands off.
It is revealed in a flashback that a woman is stabbed by her mother who has a schizophrenic meltdown.
Someone is seen trapped in the walls and starts to lick it
There is a cannibal child with a deformed face.
There is a demon who is not only just a cannibal but also eats children, which is very disturbing.
