Several disturbing grisly images throughout to all the patient weather body is missing parts and but not too gory.
Some of the physical conditions reviewed are, as the series title says, bizzare--read, freakish; but the people afflicted with the troubles seem to be treated with dignity by the show. Not scary, per se.
