Some of the characters can be seen falling down or tripping and hurting themselves or breaking their leg where they have to be taken to the hospital.
In the episode "Bed Bugs and Beyond" Kiki eats on the bed and leaves cookie crumbs which attract ants. They bite Kiki and wakes him up. He is told not to eat on the bed anymore and the magic bus Dudu heals him from the bites.
The crabs are seen attacking the dog with their pinching claws in one of the episodes.
This is a kids show so there is not much blood accept sometimes it is shown the characters falling and getting injured but that's not so bad.
