Storyline:  Transfer student Tokio arrives in Tokyo eager to test the local fighters. A red-haired, Japan-obsessed student confronts him and refuses to leave until Tokio reveals his home prefecture. The eccentric fighter has developed a unique martial art based on all of Japan's prefectures, dragging Tokio into bizarre battles across the country.
