Sexual references.

A moderate amount of blood and gore. Lots of fighting and intense scenes. Characters get infected by parasites that make their heads unravel into fleshy tentacles, and the insides of their neck and head are sometimes visual when this happens.

There is a scene where hundreds of bodies are hanged in rows inside a shed. 1 is seen close up. They seem to be wrapped in plastic or tape.

A woman's ear is sliced off. It is seen on the ground.

Severed body parts are shown close up.

Headless bodies are seen but somewhat blurred.

A man is decapitated and the head is seen rolling on the ground.

Numerous F bombs, strong profanity. Christians will be triggered at the use of "Jesus" occasionally.

Characters smoke occasionally.

Lots of fighting and action scenes. When characters are infected their heads will sometimes come apart and turn into fleshy tentacles stemming off of their necks.

Some transformations into the parasytes form (tentacles with eyeballs stemming from the neck) are sudden and can be frightening.

Some intense suspenseful scenes.

A parasyte is seen with most of his head gone.
