Storyline:  Set in 1920, this is the story of three female basque pelota players who go in pursuit of their dreams: Chelo, Idoia and Itzi. These successful professional players have to deal with what it means to break old structures in a very conservative world, where ambition and freedom are denied to the female gender. The three must face a high price to pay for going against the status quo, leading an independent lifestyle in all its aspects, in and out of the world of sport.
