Dead Pixels (2023)

Dead Pixels is a show about three introverts and one ambivert who form an unlikely connection through an online video game. The show explores the reality of everyday living, where people spend more time online in the virtual world than in the real world. The main characters are competitive, flawed, biased, and skeptical of outsiders, but they are also full of heart, quirks, and relentless fun. Gayatri, an obsessive gamer, meets a virtual character she likes until she meets him in real life and hates his persona. Bhargav has been pining for her for two years, but she is ignorant of his feelings. Aishwarya, their third flatmate, acts as a pillar of support and a harsh reality check. The show is about how Bhargav and Gayatri struggle and finally take a step towards real life over the virtual one.
