The Madness (2024)

An individual seen from behind pleasuring himself in front of a ticket machine in a crowded subway.

Dismembered, bloody body pieces are seen up close for a few seconds. We first see the severed leg, and then the camera pans to the severed & bloody torso and head, with a disturbed look on the face. It's brief but realistic and meant to be disturbing.

A gun chase and hand to hand combat ends with a character being stabbed in the neck and slowly dying, no blood.

Fuck is spoken frequently.
