The body is shown many more times with various wounds all over its body (it's covered by a bag, so only blood is visible) while it is hidden and buried.
A man manipulates video footage to make it seem as if another man is a serial killer. He crops the image to make it look like he's stomping on a man's head and makes it appear as if he is filming and hiding dead bodies.

A man has an axe slammed into the back of his head and blood spurts out upon impact. When he falls to the ground, his head is clearly shown split open in close-up with the open wound visible. His body is carried and buried afterward, and blood smears all over the killers body.
A killer opens up the trunk of his car and begins stabbing a victim inside. The bloody knife stabbing up and down is shown and then afterward the killers face is spattered with blood, although direct impact is hidden. Later, we see the persons body with bloody stab wounds in it.

After being drugged the night before, a man awakes on Christmas morning and is forced to open up a gift. He pulls out the severed head of his father which he holds for quite a while before throwing it. The gore is detailed and this is very disturbing.
While trying to escape a serial killer, a man tumbles down a flight of stairs and breaks his neck. This is not seen on camera, but it is heard, and then his corpse is shown lying at the bottom of the stairs.
