Terry, a mercenary martial arts master, is approached by the Mafia and Yakuza to kidnap an heiress after her father’s death leaves her a vast fortune. When they reject his high fee and try to kill him, Terry instead offers to protect her. Amid brutal battles, he faces crime syndicates, corrupt forces, and a blood feud tied to his past, fighting to keep her out of their grasp.

Terry Sugury is hired to recover one of two tapes containing a formula for making heroin for a price of 200 dollars a pound. But he gets double crossed. So he wants the tape back.

Mercenary karate master Tsurugi gets mixed up in a plot by the American mafia to take over the karate dojos in Asia, aided by a corrupt dojo master.
