Peter Parker continues to balance his double life, enjoying the thrill of being Spider-Man while trying to maintain his relationship with Gwen. But when Electro emerges as a powerful new threat and Harry Osborn returns with secrets of his own, Peter faces escalating dangers - all of which seem to lead back to Oscorp.

After being abandoned by his parents, Peter Parker is raised by his Uncle Ben and Aunt May, but with Uncle Ben's sudden death, Peter is driven to use his new powers, gained after being bitten by a genetically modified spider, to protect the people of NYC. Meanwhile, a new threat emerges from the head of Osborn, a big tech company, that will test the limits of Peter's beliefs as well as the power of Spider-Man.
