Good. While the level of diversity and representation in the cast was amazing, some of the songs were downright annoying. Billy Porter was brilliant, and so was Camila Cabello, but as a singer, it honestly remains to be seen if she's a good actress. As a musical (which I didn't realize it was going to be), it's innovative and a modern take on an old classic, but also, while the message it conveys to this generation is relevant, I feel like it's so, so forced at some points, the story loses its purpose as a film. It's overall good entertainment, though, the costumes are still beautiful, and the cast is very talented.
