Originally a fairy tale for children, the film is aimed at adults, and it falls short. The rigid narrative, boring effects, superficial emotional expression, and the Jolie being the sole selling point all highlight its shortcomings.

The film's script is its Achilles' heel, preventing it from achieving a high rating, but it's technically commendable in cinematography, scoring, and art design. Angelina Jolie's beauty is mesmerizing, truly making Maleficent the focus and outshining other characters., Jolie's stunning portrayal alone makes the film worth watching.

Angelina es la mejor de todas.Maléfica no podía salir mejor, este personaje era como escrito para Angelina. Lo hace tan real que se me olvida que es una actuación.

La mejor villana de Disney.Sin duda esta es una de las mejores villanas de todos los tiempos tanto de las películas de princesas como de todas las historias del mundo. Me encanta porque es una villana que realmente tiene una razón de peso para ser así. Esta película es espectacular en todo sentido.

Not such a bad villain.This movie shows us that nobody was born bad. Learning what happened in Maleficent's past gives us the reasons why she became such a cruel villain. Some things do not make sense when you compare with the original story, but the character deserved this background.

Bad choices.They decided to make Maleficent a hero and that was terrible. If this movie wasn’t based on an already famous villain, it would have worked perfectly, but they couldn’t have changed the core of such an important character.
