Easy to love. It’s so easy to get involved with this show. Castle and Beckett are perfect for each other, since they first met I was already waiting for when they would work together. Besides them, Castle’s family and Beckett’s co-workers couldn’t be better. They are all the funniest. To me, this show is the best combination of comedy and mystery and I recommend it to everybody.

Solving cases based on motive analysis seems almost like a special power. Detaining suspects without much evidence would be a disaster in How to Get Away with Murder; ignoring defense attorneys as done here would have severe consequences in The Good Wife.
An interesting detective series that suits my taste, offering glimpses into the life of a writer who occasionally improvises novel-like dialogues based on the mysteries. The cases don't solely rely on advanced technology to be solved, there are also many twists and surprises in the process. The interaction between the leads could be better.
Still a really good show, and I'm glad I'm picking it back up. I can't wait to finish the whole thing. I miss the good old days when all I watched were nice, happy mystery shows. I like that they keep the cast the same.
I'm a big fan of this show. Firstly, the male lead is gentle and funny. Secondly, this show weaves in plenty of quirky and heartwarming moments amidst all the tension of solving mysteries, in contrast to the darker and more mysterious tone of other detective stories. These funny moments often catch you off guard during intense scenes, bringing viewers a sense of relaxation and joy. It's not often you come across a detective series that handles suspense so well, finding a perfect balance between casual and authentic vibes.
The series has ended, and I'm a little sad to see it go. Honestly, there weren't many standout moments in this show's detective work and storyline, but I was really drawn to Castle's character design. Whenever I think about how to approach life, he comes to mind. His curiosity and childlike wonder about everything make him enthusiastic and deeply interested in certain things, always seeking out what's exciting and new. He's truly the kind of intriguing person who never loses his sense of curiosity.
It reminds me of "The Mentalist," but the screening time of every character was so poorly arranged, and the lead actress tends to be a bit over the top. However, I'll hold back on my criticism out of respect for "Firefly" and Nathan Fillion. This series really shines with its repeated deductions in solving the cases. If "The Mentalist" delves more into behavior, this series might lean more towards logic. Either way, I'll keep watching it, especially since I've heard it improves after the second season.
I just wrapped up the first season, and this detective series is totally my jam. You can see hints of the author's style, with some spontaneous novel-like descriptions in the cases. The plot doesn't depend solely on high-tech gadgets but goes down a twisty, mysterious, and unpredictable road. The only downside is the lack of interaction. I always think this theme has more potential; so far, there hasn't been any plot twist that has really surprised or impressed me.
