Different. This show has a kind of humor different from all the others I have already watched. The timing of the cast is perfect, sometimes making me feel ashamed of what the characters have done. There’s a fine line between real and surreal in the situations of this show, and I think this is one of its highlights.

Even the "worst" seasons, that is after Michael leaves, are amazing.
Set in the everyday lives of workers in a branch office of a paper company, The Office adopts a pseudo-documentary style with interviews, with most of the humor revolving around the lead character portrayed by Steve Carell. His awkward jokes, conversations, and interactions that are filled with self-righteousness, self-indulgence, and self-satisfaction, surprisingly deliver delightful moments of humor despite their cringeworthy nature. Other characters also contribute significantly to the show, with the developing and ambiguous relationship between John Krasinski and Jenna Fischer being a particular point of interest, leaving viewers curious about their future interactions.
The Office delivers cringe-worthy humor to the extreme, using its office setting and mockumentary filming style to satirize capitalism and male-dominated cultures. Michael Scott emerges as the epitome of the worst qualities in humanity and bosses alike, displaying misogyny, homophobia, and racial discrimination, coupled with miserliness, pettiness, and a lack of principles. Despite proclaiming the company to be a family, he views each employee as his own slave, twisting every team-building event into a stage for power displays and obedience tests. The most humorous aspect lies in his obliviousness to the contradictions and abnormalities in his words and actions, of how he considers the collective silence of submission as a testament to his leadership success, unaware that his subordinates' numb acquiescence is directed towards the higher authorities behind him.
After Michael. At first, when you realize Michael is leaving, you’re going to feel down. But after some episodes you’ll get used to it and you’ll know that the other members of the cast are still as great as before and that they are enough to make you enjoy the show.
Season 9.The last season is so good that we don’t even remember Michael is not there. The new characters are funny and the plots are great. The last episode makes sense and concludes the show perfectly.
