We are in the heat of Oscar season and it has me wondering: What's the best movie to ever win best picture? I made a list of all the winners, so you don't have to. The first trailer for A24's new feature, The Smashing Machine, has hit the web. This highly anticipated movie stars Dwayne The Rock Johnson and Emily Blunt, and it was written and directed by Benny Safdie (Uncut Gems). From the looks of it, this is The Rock's push to get an Oscar nomination. The trailer looks pretty good. It's giving The Wrestler meets Goodfellas, or something. Emily Blunt is in the push-uppiest of push-up bras, and Dwayne has a full head of hair. Not much is given about the story, but the look of the movie is cool enough.
