Are you new to Peliplat and want to write an article? Don't worry, we're here to help! Here is a step-by-step guide on how to navigate your Peliplat studio, craft the perfect article, and edit any mistakes.
Step 1: Click ‘Write Article’
Once you are logged in, you will see a ‘My Studio’ window on the right side of the homepage. From there, click ‘Write Article’

Voila! Now you can begin crafting your article. Don't forget to add a catchy title!
Step 2: Insert Movie or Celebrity Info
Once you are writing, you can use Peliplat's ‘Add Celebrity Info’ and ‘Insert Info Card’ function to directly hyperlink the films, actors, directors, or celebrities you mention in your article.
To add celebrity info:
Search the person's name, click the celebrity, and their name will turn blue, automatically turning into a link on your article!

To add movie info:
Click the film reel icon ‘Insert Info Card’ search the movie you want and click it—an info card will automatically appear in your article!

Step 3: Add Images and Videos!
Engage your readers by adding photos and videos in between paragraphs!

To embed a video on your article, press the ‘Insert Media’ button next to the ‘Insert Image’ button. Simply paste a YouTube URL when it prompts you.

Step 4: Add Article Details
Once you have finished the article, make sure to add the following details to help your article stand out!
Thumbnail: Upload a photo that represents the subject of your article.
*Writing Challenge: If you want to submit your article to one of the monthly Writing Challenges, you MUST click the challenge topic in order to be eligible. You can only select ONE topic per article.
Click the arrow down to display More Settings
Category: Select the category that best suits your article. When in doubt, choose General Review.
Tags: Add or create any hashtags that relate to your article. Look for the current trending topics and tag that if applicable!
Related Info: Link any movies or celebrities that are mentioned or relate to your article.
Spoiler Alert! Make sure to click YES if your article contains spoilers.
Language: You are on Peliplat EN! Please ensure you are writing and posting in English on the site.
Writing challenges automatically disqualify articles in any other language
You can go to Peliplat ES for Spanish or Peliplat PT for Portuguese
Step 5: POST!
You're done! You can post your article now. You can also PREVIEW it first or save it as a DRAFT for later.
WAIT! Did you post it and then realize there's a mistake? Here's how to edit your published article:
1. Once again, click on ‘MY STUDIO’

2. Once in your studio, click the 3 dots on the top right corner of the article you want to edit
3. Click Edit!
From there you can fix your mistake or add anything you forgot. Make sure to press POST again when you're done!
