Santosh Govindaraju

Santosh is Chief Executive Officer of Convergent Capital Partners, a real estate private equity firm. He brings over 17 years of real estate investing experience to the Convergent team. Santosh's investment history includes over $1 billion of investment of both equity and debt in commercial real estate throughout the Unites States. Santosh finances packaged independent feature films by providing equity and gap financing. Santosh is a graduate of the prestigious Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology graduating concurrently from the Wharton School and the Engineering School of the University of Pennsylvania with a minor in theater arts. While attending Penn, he co-founded Penn Masala, a renowned all male Hindi a cappella group.
