John David Gregory

Louisville, Kentucky native John David Gregory Jr. had Hollywood in his sights as a young boy. From working on the kids show Hit Kids Tv Show ; Blue Apple Players, to Local /Regional commercials and National print ads, he never lost sight of his dream. He was recruited by Kentucky to play Basketball and "walk-on" . He spent the summer with the Team playing pickup games. He was later Cut by then coach Rick Pitino . Even though this was devastating, John bounced back and went to his second sport Football where he tried out and walked on the Wildcats Football Team . While in school. he stumbled into the Theater department at Kentucky and saw UK Alum Ashley Judd's pictures on the wall which inspired him and began his acting training. John left the Kentucky Football Team and moved to Los Angeles against the wishes friends and family. Shortly after he was hand-picked by Tom Hanks to do a scene in the hit movie "That Thing You do." in his first few weeks in town. He also had his first speakin
