Ron Howard

Ronald William Howard is an American filmmaker and actor whose career spans more than six decades. He began as a child actor in television, later appearing in film, before shifting to directing, producing, and occasionally writing. Howard studied under Desilu Studios’ tutelage while attending school in Burbank, California, and briefly attended USC’s School of Cinematic Arts. He co-chairs Imagine Entertainment with Brian Grazer. Over his career, he has worked across film and television, directed documentaries, and received multiple industry recognitions including Academy, Emmy, Golden Globe, and Grammy Awards, as well as a National Medal of Arts and induction into the Television Hall of Fame.
