Storyline:  This comedy follows the misadventures of a couple, Alex and Nancy, who purchase their dream duplex. However, their excitement turns into a nightmare when they realize that their elderly tenant, Mrs. Connelly, is beyond what they can handle. Mrs. Connelly's demands and invasive behavior push Alex and Nancy to take action to regain control of their lives. Directed by Danny DeVito, the film is a satire about everyday life and aging, with Eileen Essell stealing all the spotlight.
