Storyline:  Lucky Jackson arrives in Las Vegas to compete in the Grand Prix, but first he must buy an engine for his car. After quickly getting the money, he loses it while distracted by Rusty, a lively pool manager. As rival racer Elmo Mancini complicates matters, Lucky risks losing both the race and the woman he’s fallen for.
