Is It a Crime

On the surface, Helen (Samantha Opitz) has a wonderful life as a well-off, happily married woman. But after changes happen with her father (Sprague Theobald), their family's business, and her husband's (Brian Stapf) frequent work trips, she decides to rent out their guest house to a business man, Derrick Johnson (Cam'ron). They quickly fall for each other, begin an affair, and all their lives change in unexpected ways.
