Did you know Blockbuster Video had a chance to buy Netflix in its infancy. Reed Hastings actually pursued them. $50million and they could be had. Blockbuster practically laughed them out of the room. There was a real need for a coordinated list specifically for that listless, empty feeling where you don't really know what you want to watch but you know it should be comfortable and uncomplicated. I tried to include a little bit for everyone, but every movie - regardless of genre - in this list fits these requirements: 1. The plots are straight-forward, easy enough to follow even if the viewer is very out of it. 2. They should contain only minor to moderate emotional turbulence.
