Mighty Man and Yukk (1979)

The millionaire Brandon Brewster uses a machine to reduce himself to only a few inches in height and to give himself superpowers, including super-strength and flight. The new superhero joins forces with a partner, Yukk the "world's ugliest dog". The anthropomorphic dog regularly keeps his face hidden in a portable doghouse. The sight of his face can destroy anything. The duo are regularly called by an unnamed Mayor to rescue his city from various rampaging super-villains. The cast of villains includes characters such as the femme fatale Miss Make-Up, the time-traveler Time Keeper, and the super-surfer Beach Bum.
