thedoctor's review about The Matrix(1999)

There are so many interpretations of this work of art by the iconic Wachowski sisters that I don't know where to begin. Neo is apparently a normal person, but things start to happen - perhaps the typical Hero's Journey. But it's not just about shooting, hitting and bombing. The protagonist must choose to be the protagonist, in my opinion, it's a movie about choices and how you apply them to the reality around you. But, okay, the VFX never gets old, characteristic of the late 90s and early 2000s, let anyone who has never imitated Neo dodging bullets cast the first stone.
